No. We go into the attic and carry items out ourselves. You don't need to pre-stage anything at the access point.
Can you remove items from a very cramped or low-ceiling attic?
Yes. We work in tight spaces regularly — low-pitch rooflines, knee walls, and partial-access attics. The access difficulty is factored into the on-site price we quote before we start.
How much does an attic cleanout cost?
Pricing depends on the volume of items and the difficulty of access. A partial attic with easy pull-down stair access will cost less than a full attic with a fixed ladder hatch. We give you the firm price on-site.
Will you take old insulation or building materials in the attic?
We remove insulation debris, damaged drywall, and similar materials. Standard fiberglass batt insulation and blown insulation can be removed as part of the job. For asbestos-suspected materials, we'll advise before proceeding.
Can you clear an attic as part of a larger whole-home cleanout?
Yes. If you're clearing an estate, preparing a house for sale, or doing a whole-home cleanout, we can include the attic as part of the same job. It's often more efficient to do everything in one trip.
