Dense materials like concrete, brick, and tile are priced by weight in addition to volume, because a half-truck of tile can weigh more than a full truck of drywall. We size it up on-site and give you a firm price that covers the weight before we load anything. No separate dump-fee surprises.
Can you do recurring pickups on a multi-phase remodel or new build?
Yes. If you have a project running several weeks or months with debris coming off the site in stages, we can set up scheduled pulls to keep the site clear through each phase. Call or email to work out the schedule.
Is there any construction debris you can't take?
We take drywall, lumber, flooring, tile, fixtures, and most demo debris. What we can't haul is hazardous material: asbestos, lead paint waste, wet paint, solvents, and chemicals all need specialized disposal. Small amounts of concrete and masonry are fine; very heavy loads we'll price for the weight. Ask first if you're not sure.
What happens to the construction debris?
We separate recyclable material like metal and clean wood where accepted, route what's reusable when possible, and dispose of the rest responsibly. We keep as much as we can out of the landfill.
